| What? |
The R4L is an annual event held all across Australia where teams of up to 20 people walk for 24 hours to raise money for cancer research. I am part of a corporate team from the Australian Taxation Office known as 'The Collectors'. Funny name but a way serious cause. The Border relay is being held at Wodonga Raiders Football Ground commencing 10:00am Saturday 25 October 2008. |
|
| Why? |
I
am walking and running for my buddy Lis Carroll and in memory of Janine
Thomas - a beautiful young woman who is no longer with us at work.
